The evening
One evening in December, Piet becomes the stage for a very special encounter. Our kitchen combines Spanish flavours with the best of the North and has created six courses for the occasion, each one paired with the wines of Marcus Hees. He will be joining us in person to share the story behind every glass.
The Hees winery
The Hees family has been making wine in Auen on the Nahe since 1824. Marcus Hees now runs the estate as the ninth generation. His wines are made from late hand-picked grapes, strictly selected and spontaneously fermented. The result is Rieslings and Pinot Blancs full of minerality, finesse and depth.
His ties to Piet go well beyond the wine list. The friendship between restaurant and winery has already produced wines made together. Dine & Wine brings that connection to the table.

Seats are limited. Order your tickets directly using the form, by phone or at the restaurant. After ordering, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details, and once payment has been received, your tickets as a PDF.

You pay for the tickets you have ordered by bank transfer after placing your order. You will receive all further information by e-mail once your order has been submitted.

Seats are transferable, but refunds are not possible. Please transfer the amount by the deadline stated in the confirmation e-mail (usually 7 days), otherwise the seats will be released again. You will receive your tickets by e-mail once payment has been received.
